Touhou 3 ~ Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream - Chiyuri Lunatic 1cc 86.5 Million

The hardest 1cc in all of Touhou by far.
PoDD is already one of the hardest games to clear but Chiyuri makes the game so hard it's completely ridiculous.
The main reason for this is that most of Chiyuri's boss attacks spam those white snowball bullets en masse and the AI has no trouble reflecting all of those right back in your face. You really need to be on the ball and immediately reflect them back or take shelter under one of the enemies that cancels the snowballs.
Apart from her boss attack, Chiyuri is also one of the fastest characters in a game without focus and her level 1 attack is glitched in such a way that you can't use your bombs or hyper until a second after the animation ends.
This is complete madness.
Oh I also 2-ALL'd DOJ BL recently by the way. Let's get a better score for that first.

As Glowson said, there's a spaceship that landed in Gensokyo with Yumemi and Chiyuri inside. So all the girls aside from the pair I mentioned, fought to decide who will enter. And if you wonder the reason why they do it in PoFV, everyone has a reason for the fight: Have to solve the incident (Reimu), youkai extermination (Marisa), send by her mistress/boss to solve this incident (Youmu, Sakuya and Komachi), prepare the ultimate concert below the flowers (Prismriver Sisters), proof of strength (Cirno), preparation of a newspaper article (Aya), accused of being the culprit of the incident (Medicine and Yuuka) and being the law (Shikieiki) Maybe I'm wrong with someone.

As the people who answered before misunderstood the question, here's the answer. The reason why girls fight copies of themselves is because in the (non canon) Chiyuri and Yumemi scenarios, the player character already inhabits Gensokyo, and the two in the Probability Space Hypervessel are outsiders, one of whom just so happens to be a palette swap of a Gensokyo dweller and magic user who was among the candidates for wish granting. It's completely ridiculous, but it's in tone with everything else in the game, so it's fine.

Tbh the speed of a character depends on players preference, for some players, high speed is better than slow speed, for me, i prefer high speed characters

The issue with low speed characters is that their shots are so weak they are basically screwed any time a boss attack comes at them on a level higher than Normal, because even with their relatively low speed, properly dodging everything is not humanly feasible.
