There actually is a touhou game on switch. Azure reflections. It's also considerably easier than the other games. due to a manual bullet cancel with the new dash attack and sideways scroll. Though, it's made by a different company,

I mean, in the previous video, it was easier to follow the events that required attention to both screen halves, making the reading more fluid. This video may have intentionally changed the storytelling style, to have things become more understandable later (after you've focused your attention watching one character at a time, for example, when Meiling meets Cirno, and when Flandre walks around the SDM), in this case, I'd say that it's a nice experimenting.
