Vingo had an exhausted look on his face during the last Km of today's stage. I hope he can keep up the battle with Pogi until the last stage but it's starting to seem less and less likely. Let's wish for close competition and great entertainment and the best may win

It makes for a boring third week if the race is decided on the 15th stage. We need vingo and remco to team up and push the pog right at the very end. Otherwise, I’m threatening to watch any further and put more money into betting agencies. We need a close race for entertainment. It’s all about me being entertained.
@CyclingGuy4 ай бұрын
🤪 we should all strike - I fear Remco will defend and JVG has been on the defensive too, yet todsy should suit him, let’s hope he finds something extra to keep it tight on CC

Brought on mostly by the media & even pundits within the sport, many people wrote Pogacar off after the other day, yet today showed the form of were the top GC riders are at without any real fatigue. I'd say it was a true representative of each rider & what a great stage it was. More fireworks tomorrow, please.

Che bellissima tappa. Vingeegard é obbligato ad attaccare, se ne ha la forza e convinzione.

I disagree with you on the Van Gils/Capiot case, it seems to me like Capiot clearly deviates and blocks Van Gils. I get that Van Gils maybe was a bit too aggressive, but the truth is that when he went for that gap it was there, wide open for him to go through, and then all of a sudden it just wasn't because of Capiot's deviation. I'm not sure if Van Gils had the time to stop before hitting Capiot, but even if he could, it would still be a dangerous manouvre at those speeds caused by Capiot's illegal deviation. Definitely Capiot's fault imo
@CyclingGuy4 ай бұрын
Cheers ey, thanks for sharing this opinion, I was actually referring to Van Gils making statements at the start of today's stage that Amaury probably saw a good-looking female, ... that was completely unnecessary and non respectful, especially considering Amaury had to abandon today's stage - always 2 sides to the story I guess

How can you be too aggressive travelling in straight line in a sprint?! 100% Capiots lack of awareness.

Here's a prediction for the stage. WVA goes in an early break, another Visma gregario goes in a chasing group. Vinegar tries an attack on the 3rd Col of the day. Seems pretty obvious given WVA sat up very early today, watch his miraculous transformation tommorrow! Another prediction, Pog is glued to Vinegars back wheel along with Remco.

thanks for the video! although i have to say, i can understand maxim's perspective, renaat (and you) are a bit harsh on the guy, i still believe spent train riders should not swerve to the back at half the speed of the rest, they should keep their line
@CyclingGuy4 ай бұрын
I was more referring to the comment he made that Amaury probably saw a good-looking lady, that was totally not necessary IMO, especially not the day after and knowing the other guy is suffering - good point on the sprint train guys, not an easy thing to solve

@@CyclingGuy yes for sure, that was childish
@tacituskilgore83794 ай бұрын
Jonas cracks completely today, and he’ll be completely isolated right at the start of the final climb. Putting Adam Yates in that break on Friday really hurt Visma yesterday, I still can’t believe they took the bait.
@nubee.pkunite4 ай бұрын
and uae will probably do it again. putting their top 10 gc riders on a breakaway next week and putting hard pressure on everybody behind while pogi will remain defensive until it's necessary to go offensive

perfect strategy ey and we’ll need a very strong Jonas or a serious off-day for Pog to make it stick

@@CyclingGuy I think Visma are phishing today... Its hot, big climbs that suit Jonas... they'll try to test Tadej but I think it will be a disaster for them, the team just isn't strong enough.

Congratulations on calling a perfect podium. Looks like all the bookies are looking for Remco to fold this stage. That I understand. But why doesn’t Rodrquez get more love? He finished 4th today and he’s a good climber. I think he’d easily finish top five this stage, maybe even podium.
