Yes, we have very similar paths. But we waited till our kids were grown up. Your kids will have a lot of good memories when they look back. We wish we would have moved to the country when our kids were younger.

One of the well planned and well crafted house. It has very spacious spaces for livings and additional rooms at the basement. For a basement it has double door access right to the corridor and ground. All the outbuildings well planned around the house at a good distance. Leaving the surroundings of the house with good views and not cluttered. The outside porch surroundings the corridors...where one can leaves muddy boots is very good .very practical and making the maintenance inside the house less hardwork to scrub the floor for dirt and dust. Wooden with modern inside and practical too. Well done.

Your video’s popped up on my KZbin video gallery of video’s. I started watching a few video’s and I kept seeing this log home in the background so I found this in your video files. I started watching and I can’t believe how beautiful your home is, it is gorgeous the logs are so pretty and you guys have done a excellent job decorating everything. What I really like is everything you’ve put in your home like your cupboards, walls and other items will not go out of style. I hate when people decorate their homes with certain schemes and then they have to change the decor every few years. I love your wrap around porch I’ve always wanted a home with a porch that goes all the way around the house. Why hop off the porch and then get back on one I’m the back side of the house when you can build a porch that goes completely around. God Bless🙏🏻

Very nice features. love the pex piping and master control panel it provides. we built a new house on our farm about 2016 with a large kitchen island and find we meet and visit company around it more than we do our den. we built plumbing into our basement as well but still have to do both the small kitchen and bathroom there. I like your tile shower. I may end up doing something like that in our basement with a corrugated ceiling that may help with humidity concerns.

Use a bathroom style fan in the pantry to evacuate the humidity. Also you might regret not having some kind of fan for the kitchen. You are basically allowing off gases and soot from cooking especially if you are using oil in cast iron to go straight to your ceiling. It will dry it out and stain it. Get a suspended hood and vent it out to the outside or in a couple of years you will regret it.
