Thank you for all your videos. I have one question. Do you happen to know if they match up female/male trainees with female/male trainers? Not that it would be a problem...just curious. Thanks again. Your channel has been invaluable.
@TheTulsaTrucker
@TheTulsaTrucker 5 жыл бұрын
They normally pair you with a Female trainer but you may have to wait around but if you want to get started with trainers that are ready to train than you can go with a male. I would recommend waiting on a female trainer.

What PRIME really needs to do is to teach there drivers that they SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING 55 THE MIDDLE LANE when the posted speed limit IS 70 or 75. Either that or to teach them to pull over to the right when faster trucks come up behind them instead of forcing the faster vehicles to UNSAFELY pass on the right, as here in New England, trucks are not allowed in the left lane on a three lane road or the left two lanes on a 4 lane road. I am constantly passing PRIME trucks on the right side because the drivers are either too ignorant or too stupid to move over. Talk about an accident waiting to happen, and the person that will get blamed for it is the one that is FORCED to pass on the blind side.

My brother from another mother, we were both up at 5:30am on a Saturday morning for no damn good reason today! Safe travels and stay away from Soonerland on Monday - the weather might not be terribly conducive to safe tractor-trailer ops.

That was the one thing I hated when going through training when I drove is that they put you in a hotel sorry motel with a roommate. They built a facility on the compound for new people but had too many. They got access to their own room, clubhouse, full kitchen, and it was really nice. We had two people sharing a fridge smaller than what was in the truck itself.

Good luck chuck dig deep this is some of the hardest most grueling stuff your going to go through. Training was a very hard stuff those trainers run you because they are making big bucks. They called us meat in the seat when I went through my days learning they make money when your driving so they like to run hard. I've been driving 9 years now life on the road can be a challenge, some good but your doing it for the money but a lot of sacrifices. Kinger is my nickname hope to see you out there in America.
