So many of these houses are impressive but also feel very sterile and over the top. This one though is a rare one I could actually see myself living in if I hit the lottery. It's very well done, but also very clean, simple and cozy feeling. Just feels much more livable than so many of these expensive homes, and the design does a really great job of separating the house into living areas, sleeping areas and entertaining areas. The whole 3rd floor seems incredibly comfortable with great views and great space for a family to gather and the bedrooms are very well designed with awe inspiring views and light with great privacy and separation between rooms. Really well designed place!

Hey Enes its good to see you with Celebrity agents but they don't have anything over you. I've seen this house several times and you're the only one that gave details. I agree the stone work is incredible and the ONLY redeeming feature and seems out of place in the Crest Sts. Btw whats your favorite Crest St?

Appreciate it! I like this street and this block because of the peacefulness.

I was surprised to see Bradley Cooper in the intro! The kitchen is a little bit underwhelming for a 16M$ home, the bar on the 2nd level entertainment cove caught my attention more. I really loved that cozy seating space at 11:38. I also love love LOVED the roof deck space! 💛

Awesome house - especially the hardwood floors look amazing! One request: Would it be possible to mention white shade of white the walls are painted and possibly give some other details of the home, for example during or at the end of each video? These days there's a million different shades and I'm sure people who watch these videos to get ideas for their less expensive homes might appreciate it (at least I would). Many thanks and keep up the good work!
