Hi Enes, yet another piece of art to live in - beautiful! Personally, I love those elevated pools. And my husband loves them even more, after he fell into our un-elevated pool a few days ago. Of course, fully clothed, straight into the deep end, and dragging the heavy cleaning tool with him. That then ended up right on the bottom, so he had to dive in again, retrieving the tool. Would NOT have happened with an elevated pool design :-)

This house is not only beautiful but it also has a strong personality 🤩. it's huge but feels very homely, not just a house to spend holidays but to live in. Stairs were incredible. The wood coming down from the ceiling was amazing. The master bath and closet were nice. The living spaces seemed a little cramped, weirdly the house seemed smaller than I would have expected. Maybe the house needed a basement with a cinema room etc?

I really like everything about this house, especially the bathrooms. I wish the backyard was a bit bigger for $12 million tho. I've always wondered, how often is the house sold with the staging? Would be possible for the buyer to keep some or all of the stuff used to stage the house during showing? If I were buying this house, I'd be really interested in keeping the art and the Aston Martin furniture.
