I walk the length of Montauk State Park taking in the Beautiful Scenery and scoping out some of the best fishing spots. This video is a good reference if you have an upcoming trip to the park planned

Campsight booked for the weekend of March 24th. It will be our 5th trip over the past 3 years. I really hope this us the trip I catch fish. I am an accomplished fisherman, but the elusive trout has had its way with me so far.

Some of my earliest fishing memories as a kid was here. Thank you for this video. It brought back alot of fond and great memories from over 20 years ago trout fishing with my family. It was the very first time I fished in general and I was catching my limit no problem at 6 to 10 years old. I remember having a stringer with 5 very good size trout at the handicap area and all of a sudden the trout decided to take off and they pulled me in 😂. I had heard the handicap stream had dried up. I'm happy to see it's flowing great! Back then 20+ years ago one of my regular memories is the crazy amount of snakes. We mainly fished in the handicap area in the mornings and late afternoons, but I remember not going 5 feet without seeing a snake right next to us, everywhere I looked I saw one or 2. I understood they were there for the food source but I was amazed at the amount of them were actually present. Is it still like that? I've got a couple younger kids of my own now and I've been teaching them how to fish and I would love to teach them about trout fishing like I was taught for trout. Are the snakes still extremely present like I talked about or does it seem like they have moved on a bit? Once again thank you for the tour and I'm looking forward to more of your content.
