I have been binging a lot of your videos because I'm off for the summer and my favorite thing to do besides fishing is watching other people fish and seeing parts of the country I haven't fished yet. That wind that kicked up was brutal. I swear the wind forecast around here is never right. We were supposed to have a glassy day and I went out on a pretty big lake and it was 30 mph. Even on the current conditions it was wrong still lmao. I just found a little cove and fished it for hours. I almost ate it.

Hell of job man! Crazy the difference a day makes and the wind was out of control. 89” is super respectable and more often will land you in the money on any given day. Seen much less than that take the win at some places.

Clear lake is just nuts. First trip I ever had there I lost a 15-16 pounder behind 15 feet of reeds! Fish aren’t normal. 2lbers are 3’s and 3’s are 4’s because of how fat they are. Congrats on the top 20!
