What kind of rod tube?

Rod tube is flambeau. Ive since gone with the yakima rod storage locker o my truck.

Rod tubes are flambeau...dont get them, they'll destroy your rods. Especially baitcasters.

If you turn over a kayak that size and rigged can you turn it back over by yourself in the water ? I hear that every kayak can flip so why not put outriggers on it. My new kayak is thirteen and a half also and it’s considered pretty stable but I am sixty five and really thinking about adding outriggers for added stability. Your advice would be much appreciated.

Outriggers take control away from you the paddler. You need to be able to edge a kayak i rough conditions. It is already to wide to have much control, I dont need to make it worse by putting outriggers on it if im being honest.
