I had to laugh a little at the roll-back who would not go up those roads. At our equipment dealership out in the eastern Ozark Mountains of Missouri, I routinely delivered tractors and equipment out those kind of roads, driving through creeks, and with brush scraping both sides of the truck. Sometimes, I even had to back out part of the way because I couldn’t turn around out in the woods. But a great video showing another problem and solution recovery professionals perform.

awesome recovery! I went to help a 2WD out of snow in 2019 when my clutch decided it was done working. Tow truck came and had enough line to get me and on the flatbed. flatbed then got stuck as I was about 30 fee from the pavement. Tow truck then unloads the Jeep with my sitting in it when his line untangled and I flew in the Jeep off the bed towards the 2WD truck. I braked. 2. tow truck comes and to get me on the firs truck again, pulls the tow truck and me out. that was lot of towing too and we all learned a lot.

He did a very good job. I was really wishing I would have brought my kinetic ropes to soften the jerks and shock loads from trying to keep three vehicles coordinated, but both of them did very well. The hardest jolt we had the whole time was completely my fault when I was in the back acting as brakes

Interesting little off road train you got going there, and yes those kinetic ropes sound like a really nice "wannahave" bit of kit for every recovery vehicle! Just wondering: Why didn't you put that broken car already on the back of your tow truck for that last bit of downhill road before reaching the rollback truck? Would that have put too much force on the forks of your tow truck?
