Welcome to the first video in our series on Arm Wrestling Training exercises that you can do at home. In this installment, we focus on Grip Training using Towel Pull Ups. For this arm wrestling exercise, all you need are two towels and a pull-up bar. Try out both variations of this exercise to give your arm wrestling muscles a solid workout. These exercises not only target your back but also add extra stress to your grip, making them beneficial for any arm wrestling style, whether it's top roll, hook, or tricep press. Get ready to strengthen your grip and level up your arm wrestling game!

When you squeeze the Towel with your hands, the Forearms is activated along with the Biceps, just a TOTAL burnout machine!

Love your content so far couch Ray, one of the best on KZbin so far about Armwrestling... But I would love to see more about programming , how to implement all this great exercises . Scheme reps, Volume management and recovery. Do you usually use Block Periodisation , Daily Undulating Periodisation ,Conjugate Periodisation or a combination of them??? Exercise selection: what kind of exercises to use right before a competition, after a competition , leading to a competition...??? Do you consider training both top roll and hook even if you dominate just one? Are there some benefits training hook if you are a top roller? Etc.... Thank you couch Ray

In my experience doing rope grip pullups my grip isn't alot stronger but my ability to throw in sports is incredible. Along with deadlift strength without training them.

Is it good when we do back pressure with a towel, I personally started to work and hit the forearm very well and the grip strengthens very well!

Take 2 towels, tie them in a knot, and put the longer side behind a sturdy door. You dont even need a pull up bar.

In this exercise on top position when elbow is bent to max degree and I have strong pain inside elbow (brachioradialis side). Could you advise anything on that? (Same pain is when is squeze elbow to my body in hammer style)
