I'm a big fan of you guys and your channel. Very informational and you guys seem like good people. I just arm wrestle for fun with friends and at the bar. Always for fun, never to be a bad ass. I do like to win though, so I sneak your training techniques into my normal weight training to to keep an edge. My question is; when looking at the average professional arm wrersler's weight training program how much time/emphasis is placed on arm wrestling specific exercises(like the ones in this video) compared to the time/ emphasis dedicated to overall/core strength exercises ( like deadlift, squats, bench press,etc)? I am sure everyone has their own preference but I am just curious what kind of priority you see the top arm wrestlers giving to them. Thanks.

I really appreciate your videos guys! I have a question though. In my school, real arm wrestling techniques are not possible because people always say its bodyweight and its not allowed. So which arm wrestling technique is best for minimal bodyweight assistance? Thanks!
@cassiusgaio95244 жыл бұрын
Well, people in your school don't know about real arm wrestling. However, one technique that does not use a lot of bodyweight is the tricep press. Coach Ray did a video on how to train your tricep press with resistance bands. But remember, tricep press and shoulder roll are 2 different techniques. Shoulder roll uses bodyweight, tricep press don't use that much.

Your hands will look much bigger than a person who just do bodybuilding even if his biceps are bigger than yours Coz your forearms will get bigger and that gives an illusion of bigger arms There's a guy in my gym who's an armwrestler and his biceps size is 16inches and his arms look enormously huge because of his forearms
