So we call them townhouses but yes, essentially the same thing as condo!

What would be the first few pieces of equipment you NEED to move from just basic lawn care, into more stairs and patios?

A mini excavator and a skid loader or just a large mini skid loader! We usually use bobcat brand.

Very good, nice job😀👍 I like to just use a sprinkle of salt as a weed killer, saves using chemicals, which there have been safety concerns over. unless you are using a good mask, gloves, goggles etc. Don't need any of that with salt.

Beautiful job as always, but you guys messed up the full grown landscaping, with your equipment, you guys could of easily installed those steps without disturbing the nice plants.

Hey there! Thanks for the comment. The steps were part of the project, however, the client wanted smaller and easier to maintain plantings rather than giant overgrown ones.
