This video does not represent ATOW company as a whole, I have towed many cars from the North and South lot and I have never been treated bad by the office Staff. Unfortunately, The content i put out is reality content, This was a predatory act on part of the driver who got caught running out of Zone, violating a city contract by trying to defraud another Tow Company.

Even if their areas overlap they can use different companies. “Giving/Providing False or Misleading Information” to an LEO; AND “Hindering/Impeding an Investigation” by an LEO, actually ARE examples of “Obstruction” under Georgia Law. The “out-of-bounds ‘A Tow’ driver” LIED to the Trooper, by informing him that it was “his area”. (Timestamp-3:43-3:56; then AGAIN at 4:40-5:35, MINIMUM) He ALSO “interfered and impeded him” from completing his “Crash Investigation Report”. (Timestamp-3:56-6:14 approximately) This was the MAXIMUM amount of time the Trooper was “distracted from completing his report”; in order to make SURE the illegally-loaded vehicle was “safely offloaded” and that “A Tow” had left the scene’.” The “A Tow” driver DID, “by definition” commit “Obstruction” on two (or more) occasions. It was the “Trooper’s ‘discretion’,” to not hold him accountable for those offenses. Listed below is the definition of “Obstruction“ for the State of Georgia. Reference: “Yes, lying to a law enforcement officer in Georgia is considered obstruction of a law enforcement officer, which is a misdemeanor under Georgia Code § 16-10-24.” “Other examples of obstruction include:” “Resisting arrest” “Hindering a police investigation” “Giving false or misleading information to an officer” “Running from an officer” “Threatening an officer” “Hitting an officer” “Pushing or shoving an officer” “Refusing to pull your car over for an officer” “Georgia Criminal Lawyer” “Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer - Georgia Criminal Lawyer” Examples of Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer There are a plethora of ways a person can be charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers in Georgia. “Some examples include: Resisting arrest, with or without using force. Hindering a police investigation. Lying to an officer. Giving false or misleading information to an officer. Running from an officer. Threatening an officer. Hitting an officer.” “Georgia DUI Lawyer” “Obstruction - Georgia DUI Lawyer” “Most commonly, a charge of Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer stems from a person running when confronted by police. If the officer had a legitimate reason for stopping or questioning you, you cannot flee or otherwise hinder his investigation. Resisting arrest is also a common act leading to an Obstruction charge. Lying or giving false information to a police officer is also considered Obstruction. Pushing or shoving, even when the acts do not result in injury or harm to the officer, can support a felony Obstruction charge. Misdemeanor Obstruction in Georgia can result in a 12 month maximum sentence.” BTW, you should read the “Customer Reviews” for “A Tow Atlanta, Inc”. You WON’T be surprised!! 🙄 Catherine ✌🏻❤️👊🏻 Peace, Love and Respect.

Prime example of why Canada has laws preventing predatory towing. Tow trucks can't be within a certain number of ft from a crash site. And also can't be hanging out there like vultures waiting to swoop, unless they are dispatched there by an official summons from a police officer. Makes me wish states here would adopt the same laws here, it'd keep dishonest tow companies from doing shady stuff like this, and punish them severely for these dirty tactics. I give johnny all the praise in the world, he's polite and respectful to everyone that shows him the respect first. It really does go a long way now a days.
