Woody was practically an heirloom It was nice that he donated his voice box to Gabby, but the movie could have done it in a better way, like Woody feels bad and gives his voice box up willingly without being manipulated/forced to do so. I felt like it was a good opportunity to be like, "when you don't need an organ anymore you donate it and someone can have a new life" I know the toys don't die but Woody was at a point where he was saying "my purpose is fulfilled" (an analogy for death) so he should have come to the conclusion that he should donate his voice box on his own instead of being cornered and having Gabby whispering "do it, do it, do it, see my muscly men?
