I believe you can buy same car in the States as left hand drive...just under the name Toyota Sienna...or something like that.

no it's different. sienna is comparable to estima/previa, whereas alphard is alot bigger

The Alphard is considerably smaller than the Sienna.

I have both alphard and Sienna and i concider what TerryFilming said lol. And probably, Alphard is more expensive because of its luxury :)
