In this video I have a 2003 Toyota Camry with a 2.4 and it intermittently will not start. When it will not start it does not even crank over. I will walk you through testing for this and will find the starter has failed. I will show you how to replace the starter in this vehicle.

Great video Tone. I replaced a starter this past weekend on a Scion XD. I noticed that the + battery terminal was severely corroded and ready to break so I replaced it. The no crank condition remained so I checked that I was getting power to the starter. That checked out so I ordered the starter. I'm in CT where Captain Corrosion works overtime. The screws on the clamps for the air intake boot were rusted. Had to soak the screws with PB Blaster. I didn't want to break those clamps.
