** The use of the speed cruise control system:
1. Cruise opening: When normal exercise (speed is more than 40KM / 25 MpH), first press the ON-OFF button on the top of the cruise handle, the green cruise light rises, then the handle is moved down (-SET direction), the right foot loosens the accelerator pedal, and the cruising begins. After cruise is open, you can add and drop speed at will (push +RES to speed up) (dial -SET to decelerate).
2. Cruise suspension: Brake immediately (not closed); when the cruise is started, the direction of the steering wheel (the direction of the CANCEL arrow) is pulled, and the cruise is immediately lifted (not closed).
3. Cruise recovery: Dial up the cruise handle (+RES arrow direction).
4. Cruise shutdown: Press the ON-OFF button at the top of the cruise handle directly, and the green cruise lights go off and Cruise off.

Please see this link www.rostra.com/manuals/250-1731_Form5156H.pdf look for your corolla installation. Make sure you terminate the wires correctly especially the pin 40 in your ecm.

My 2011 Corolla has the black switch. I replaced it but it is not working, the fuse is good, I don't think the spiral cable is bad because the cruise control light is not going on and off when I move the steering. It is not coming at all. any suggestion to make it work. Is there another fuse to look for other than under the driver side or what is wrong. thanks

My suggestion is to look into replacing the clock spring since you have replaced the cruise control switch and the problem still persists.

For some model, the cruise light may not show up on the dashboard. Do a test drive, push the on button and push down to set the cruise at the desired speed.

Hello everyone does anyone have any knowledge about the second generation Toyota RAV4. I have a two door black one in mint condition. It's a great little SUV . I would like to know if anyone knows where I can get a steering wheel with volume control. That's the only thing need to upgrade an my little rav. I'm in Melbourne Australia. I like the new nissan juke but the rating an the Juke is far below my 04 Toyota RAV4. I went and checked and a black one a few weeks ago. It's 2923 and it's have 3 owner already, that says a lot about a new car. My 04 Toyota RAV4 I'm the second owner. I would love to upgrade my steering wheel. It would be great if anyone has any info . So, your cruise should work. Check video link I sent on how to use it. If no result, the switch may be faulty.

PLEASE HELP! I followed the instructions and I have the 3 wires below the wheel and the blue wire in the engine compartment, but after I installed it it didn't work. It intermitently will let me turn on and off the greed spedometer symbol, and that is all.

Do you mean the ground wire by the 4 pin harness on the clockspring? Did you test your horn?

You will need to push out the white cover in pin 40. Get tiny screw driver or pin
