Great stuff, I always love a component level repair. I'm tempted to dig my soldering stuff out and get back into doing a few things! The golden question is though, did it work? 😀

Its most important to measure ESR rather than actual capacitance

@@Carnold_YT By the way I'm usually "1st" because I'm in a time-zone + on a very different sleep schedule from your uploads. A phased "sweet-spot" that lets me see your videos 1st! on YT. FYI: I don't use a phone (sometimes for days!) nor any YT ALERT system: I always use a vanilla laptop because my eyes are older. Cheers, and "Thanks for Making" !
