@@masternobody1896 i bought a 2020 highlander my complaints are that the headlight bulbs cannot be replaced as in the past 80 years of automobiles. when your headlights burn out it will cost you $600.00 for headlight replacement ! yes im not kidding, also every time you stop the engine cuts off to SAVE GAS stupid i think but nice ,quiet ride

Hi Jeff, i really need an advice, i m on my way to buy a highlander, so in our country we still have like 20 % bad roads, platinum wheels are big but do they still impact on the driving quality of the car on bad road, which one i should go for, personally i would like to have platinum despite it is more expensive. Thx buddy.

Guys easily I can say that highlander LE AWD is the best car ever. 2022 model is the best. You will enjoy the car to the maximum. You do not have to worry about this car if you bight it for the next 15 years. Very strong performance and a lot of options .

Jeff, how about parking a AWD Sienna next to a Highlander that retails for the same amount and do a comparison? Which one gives you more features for the money? What's the ground clearance? If the Sienna will hold a full sheet of plywood with the seats folded, what will the Highlander hold? If the Sienna has more forward seating which is easier to park? It would also be good if the Sienna were the Nightshade edition because many men don't want to drive a minivan, but I love the room inside.

Thank you for the clarification on the drivers side power seat. No one gave any info on the LE or L model as far as range of motion on the drivers seat. Per your video the xle is the same except for the lumbar support, good to know all models have height adjustment on drivers seat.

In answer to your questions. I would like to buy an LE, because I prefer it's wheels and softer fabric seats. However, I promised my wife a "Moonroof" on our next vehicle. So I may buy a Sequoia SR5, base that offers fabric and roof. What is "Softex" ? Is it a vinyl? Or is it pulverized leather particles, bonded to a fabric backing?

Wonder what Toyota hybrid models have an "accessory power outlet" (in the rear--to plug in electric device like electric blanket & outdoor lighting) like the RAV4? Why is moonroof called that, not sunroof? (both same thing?)

hi just to be clear I understand your video comment about the XLE 2nd row- are you saying the 2020 hybrid XLE can either come in a 2nd row bench seat, or comes with an insert (like our Sienna) if you get it as captains chairs, or neither? We're looking at the XLE and asked about the insert and/or bench option, but are told it's 7 seater max, and if we want 8 seater, the LE is the way to go. help us? thanks!

Jeff, how does Softex differ from Vinyl? Does it get hot like vinyl? I have some bad memories growing up with my parents vinyl car seats. We would go to the beach and if you didn't throw a towel on the seats, you would burn your rear end.

Actually Softex doesn’t absorb heat as much so it will be cooler getting into your car in summer. It’s quite soft and comfortable. It’s a light but durable material.

43k for a mid range trim is kind of a rip off plus the front end looks like a 2016. I got a 2020 tacoma off road for 34k in december, the xle shouldn't be going over 40k. I was looking at this one for my wife but I'm going to wait until dealers feel the pain from the crisis. It looks like they are in denial and think everything will go back to normal overnight. Look at the used car market, auctions have cars coming out of their ears.

The wireless charger sucks tbh, for a phone such as iPhone 13 Pro Max, it barely fits without a case, and who would take their case off every time they wanted to wirelessly charge their phone in a wireless charger like this. I'd just charge it with cable, this car provides plenty of charging ports with 3 at the front, and 2 more in the second row(Idk if the third row has it, haven't been back there since I never use it.)
