I suffer from Depression, ADD, Anger Issues, and my least favorite..Harm OCD. I use grippers as a way to control my waves of fear, rage, and fidgeting. I have grippers in my backpack, in my car, and in my room. They relieve stress, enable incredible grip strength, and help focus when having to sit for hours (College Classes).
