You will be worried about that 22 gauge when someone rear ends you and that engines goes through your spine! OMG those welds!!

I would rather be rear ended in my Tahoe. 5k lbs will hold up much better....

@@Toys4Life That's an odd reply. Anyway even if you don't get @55 punched in that Fiero a life of fabrication and design tells me that frame rail IS going to fail eventually! Good luck.

Yes, you are correct. It will fail eventually. Keeping this 40-year-old repaired chassis inside and away from the elements / moisture as much as possible will delay that process.

My 85 4 cylinder fiero smokes a white smoke when i drive it but not when it idles, do you have any idea as to what it is

Blue stinky smoke is oil, all other excessive smoke is coolant. It will produce white steam while it's warming up as it burns off moisture that has condensed in the exhaust system from combustion.
