പക്ഷേ ചേട്ടൻ പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ അല്ല എന്നാണ് എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത്, കാരണം ഇപ്പോളത്തെ വണ്ടികളിൽ ഒക്കെ alternator nte ഉള്ളിൽ തന്നെ fix ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള pickup coil ആണ് ignition timing nu venda signal നൽകുന്നത്. Normally വണ്ടിയിൽ ignition timing adjust ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഈ coil il നിന്നും വരുന്ന rpm data ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ആണ്, അതായത് ഈ coil connect ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് TCI (transistor controlled ignition), or CDI ഇലേക്കാണ് , ee coil il ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന വോൾട്ടേജ് വണ്ടിയുടെ rpm nu proportional ആവും. ഈ information വച്ചാണ് normally വണ്ടിയുടെ ignition timing adjust ചെയ്യുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ നമ്മൾ പെട്ടെന്ന് accelerator കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ rpm പെട്ടെന്ന് കൂടില്ല, അപ്പോൽ tci or cdi kk അറിയാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല നമ്മൾ കൂടുതൽ throttle കൊടുത്തു എന്ന്. അതിനാൽ ആണ് അവിടെ ഒരു delay ഉണ്ടാവുന്നത്. എന്നാല് TP sensor ഉള്ള വണ്ടികളിൽ ഈ data control unil inu ലഭിക്കും, അപ്പോൽ control unit ignition timing advance ചെയ്യും. എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ കേട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്. അല്ലാതെ current കൂടുതൽ kodukkukayalla

TPS gives engine condition delta (desired rate of change) information from the current engine condition to the desired engine condition. This allows for the prediction of future changes in engine condition. And this will help engine to optimise the time required for making changes.(advancing ignition timing).It's much like the GPS destination position, without the destination the device can't optimize the current path, it can only supply information about current conditions. ചുരുക്കി പറഞ്ഞാല്, tp sensoril നിന്നുള്ള ഡാറ്റ വച്ച് ഇനി എന്ത് മാറ്റമാണ് engine il വരുതണ്ടത് എന്ന് control unit inu predict ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റും. അപ്പോൽ control unit ignition timing കുറച്ച് കൂടി നേരത്തെ ആക്കും...

Great video..Pulsar 200ns/as TPS engane check cheyyam ennu parayam ithu correct method allengil please advice.These sensors will have three wires,two power supply wire and one signal return wire.Identify the signal return wire and hookup a multimeter,then slowly turn the accelerator/throttle(no need to start bike) you should be able to see gradual and smooth increase of voltage in multimeter.And when you release accelerator/throttle the voltage also decreases gradually or in a smooth manner.If there is no voltage variation or if the voltage variations are not smooth and jumping from say 1.6 v to 5v etc then you have a bad tps sensor.

എൻ്റെ BS 4 യൂണിക്കോൺ 150 ൽ മിസ്സിംഗ്/ മൈലേജ് ഡ്രോപ്പിനെ തുടർന്ന് CDI + coil മാറ്റിയിരുന്നു. എന്നിട്ടും ചെറിയ രീതിയിൽ mileage drop ഉം missing ഉം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ചെറിയ സ്പീഡിലായിരുന്നു missing. ഞാൻ ഇന്നലെ TPS അഴിച്ച് WD 40 അടിച്ച് clean ചെയ്ത ശേഷം Missing പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്. Mileage ഇനി നോക്കി അറിയണം.

Bro, എന്റെ ബൈക്ക് R15s ആണ്. വണ്ടി വെയിലത്തു ഇരുന്നതിനു ശേഷം സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ പെട്ടന്ന് സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ആകില്ല. കുറേ നേരം self അടയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടി വരും, എന്നിട്ടേ സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ആകു . നേരത്തെ ഈ problem ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. എന്താ ഇതിന്റെ കാരണം എന്ന് പറയാമോ. Canister പ്രോബ്ലം വല്ലതും ആണോ.
