Stay patient, if you'll rush back to training without being fully healed you'll just fuck yourself over even more.

Focus on the big picture. If you worry about the short term, you’ll get discouraged and lose patience which may cause you to rush back too soon. But if you understand that injury is apart of the process and take a long term approach, you’ll be motivated to rehab properly and stay committed to the process

I use a lot of different ones: nuun, biosteel, drip drop, liquid iv, Gatorade, body armor etc. Just check the sodium count, higher the better

I was just wondering if youay be able to help me woth a problem of mine, on race day in 100m i usually run around 11:7 which is cool, but at practice i run 11:2 on grass without blocks are there any tips to help transfer my training into my actual races?

Are you timing yourself with automatic timing on the grass? Seems like you're timing yourself based on movement and with a stopwatch
