Ok I loooooved this workout! So I used my heavy weights for the first round and my heaviest weights for the second round on most of the exercises! I pushed myself and I crushed it! Thank you! My whole body is feeling the burn!

Fun challenging format. Wow! Those shoulders are fire. This was extra hard as I had the flu all day Saturday . I used 5, 12, 17 ,25 30, and 35 lbs.❤

Hi Tracy, hope you are feeling well. Other than the Fall Vortex which included some cardio, and one Norwegian 4x4 workout lately, it's been primarily strength workouts. I know you mentioned a couple of times before that you were dealing with injuries or getting over viruses, so cardio workouts were on the back burner. While I incorporate strength workouts, cardio is very important to me. I don't want to lose endurance, so I repeat some of your older cardio workouts. You are fabulous! Just curious if you plan on doing any more 45 minute to one hour cardio workouts in the near future. While I know many are busy over the holiday season and prefer 15-30 minute workouts, I just focus on longer ones as fitness is a priority in my life!
