Thanks for the excellent content Dale. What I like about your webinar is that you speak very slowly like you want your audience to hear every word. The next thing you did was explain the "Why" behind volume profiles. 95% of all trainers, teachers,..etc. zip thru information like they are going 150mph in a 30 mph zone. They don't explain well and they talk and go at lighting speed like if they don't finish within 12 minutes, they're going to miss their flight or something. You took your time and explained it. Maybe that's your speed and type, but I really liked it. Kudos and thanks again.

But there is no volume behind EUR/GBP . That is just what goes through the brokers platform. Volume profile does not work for forex as there is no central market. You need to trade futures for volume profile

Yes there is. Use futures data and charts. Much better and more volume traded.

And yes, the volume profile is probably the best thing to look at when trading. I've only recently found out about it and started using it, but I am doing mostly crypto trading with small-cap tokens and I'm not sure if this is as reliable as Forex or the stock market, where you have the big fish (banks) doing most of the trading..

This was great, my only question is this. Why would you use volume profile on currency pairs ? Thats not the 6A the futures contract for aud. FX pairs DON'T HAVE centralised data, we cant know the "real" volume traded, thats just tick volume which means nothing.

Yes you are right, futures data is more accurate for level learning. However, it turns out that there is better quality data on forex as well, especially on higher timerframes. 🙏

how does this work in Equity market? unlike futures, beasue stocks are traded on multiple exchanges, and so many different algos and strategies to hide orders, I just don't believe it would be nowhere as easy as shown in this video. In currency and futures, I can definitely see the merit- could you verify if this is in fact correct?

I haven't looked at the markets very close in the last few years but the only time I've seen it move to the center of a node was in silver futures. Because I use volume profile different than you do. Silver always ran me over so I didn't trade it. I don't know if SI still moves like that. Internet is down so I can't look at the moment. But I trade from the low spot between the nodes looking for a ride back to the otherside in the ES and NQ.
