Great video, really liking how you explain stuff in such simple terms. Three best things I took out of this video were that the zones need to be "fresh" zones that have not been tested because those make for best R/R plays to develop. Second thing was that when we are intraday and we are already close to a zone, the chances that this zone gets tested is highly likely. Third is that basing in a zone is usually strong sentiment that the direction will continue whether that means more upside or continuing to the downside. Appreciate the education!

Great vid. I think on the SPY, If u use indicator like RSI, or CMF, will tell you that you eye about to be stopped out. U got high vol. Push, low vol. Pull back. It did it 3 times... this tell u the heart beat of the market... and could have helped get out green.

Great video! I’m starting to finally connect the dots on both supply and demand zones. One thing I would suggest, would be to describe a little further what creates a ‘balanced’ candle or zone. Are you looking specifically for a tight spread on open/close? Or just an overall smaller candle/wick before a larger moving candle? Thank you!

Think small consolidation then a large move, if there's a large move most likely there is a small consolidation beforehand if you go to lower time frames. Hope this helps.

Hi Carmine, I really like your videos. Can you explain what a basing candle is? It appears to be a candle of consolidation when there is either a move up or down signaling a sell or demand zone. But what exactly does the candle look like? A small candle with big wicks? Also, do you trade in the afternoon or only during the mornings when there is enough volume for liquidity purposes? I usually trade from 9:30am -11:30am and then am done for the day. Do you think it would be worth trading again around 3pm?

Great video, quick question, lets say you have supply or demand charted out, I know you said once its ''broken'' its invalid, however, wouldnt it mean that it flip flops? For example supply turns to demand, demand turns to supply? Should I leave my zones charted once they are broken or just get rid of it after its been broken through?

Look for basing candles BEFORE an aggressive/violent drop or rally to the upside!

Carmine, question for you. It seems like your supply and demand levels are very similar to a resistance and supply, in terms on how they are used. Could I use the Fibonacci retracement tool to determine the supply and demand levels, sort of like how someone could use them for finding retracements?

Great Videos Carmine!, I love your program as well...QQ: after defined the zones I'm still strugling with the size of movement... So for this reason is happening that I close often to early or to late..missing profits.. Could you please help us to understand how could we define ahead how big or short the trade can move based on the zones during the same day session?

I'd recommend exiting half your position at a pre-determined profit zone and then letting the other position run with a trailing stop to lock profits in. You can look it up on other videos but the math usually checks out and you can gain more profit this way. The key point is that you should already know your exit area before entering the trade.

shorting anything in a range is always risky...better to wait for more confirmation such as 2 Lower Lows and 2 Lower Highs or at least one set making it a transitionary downtrend

When the stock is moving and you're looking to enter a position, do you change the option based on where its currently at? Say you're trying to go short on ROKU, i'ts at $110 but it's dropping quick. Would you go down to $109 contracts by changing it on active trader? Thank you man

Since you are taking off extended hours because of low volume why do you trade while looking at /ES instead of SPY? seems like /ES has low volume during those times too even tho it trades 24hr

It’s a liquidity issue with stocks.. ES trades throughout the night globally. Zones form during the night on ES where you wouldn’t see them on SPY
