Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja
and Welcome to a Jackfruit Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬
It is the season of Jackfruits and Fansachi Bhaji ( Jackfruit Gravy ) is a must recipe to prepare.
Pooja has gone to one of our neighbors to get a raw jackfruit to make few Jackfruit recipes like Fansachi Bhaji ( कच्च्या फणसाची भाजी ), Talalele gare ( तळलेले गरे ) etc.
She asked uncle to harvest a Jackfruit which is raw/almost ripen since it is good to prepare a Jackfruit Gravy ( फणसाची भाजी ). Uncle's grand-daughter Shrisha was also there and she came at our home with Pooja.
Pooja started Preparing Fansachi Bhaji of two types. One with jackfruit bulb ( Garey ), another with Jackfruit seeds with Dry Baby Shrimp. We then had breakfast with Shrisha, we had Jackruit Bhaaji and rice porridge.
Then I took Shrisha to her home and Pooja started Preparing next recipes i.e. Jackfruit fritters ( तळलेले गरे ) . Meanwhile I brought Pooja some Mogra flowers while returning home, she liked them and wore them.
After all the dishes were prepared Pooja asked me to give those dishes to one of the uncles who has asked to bring a dish.

पूजा मला तुझं फार कौतुक वाटतं. शहरात राहिलेली शिकलेली तू पण काजू कापण्यापासून ते फणस फोडण्या पर्यंत तसेच बरीच कामं लीलया करतेस. किती स्वीकारलं आहेस हे सगळं. खूप मेहनत आहे या गोष्टींना. व्हिडिओ बघताना सहज सोप्या वाटतात पण ते तसं नाहीये. फणसाची भाजी खूप सुंदर केली आहेस. तुला खूप खूप प्रेम.

फणसाचे फणस लगडलेले झाड पाहून खूप छान वाटले.garyanchi भाजी,आठल्याची भाजी.आणि तळलेले गरे सर्व पाहून आजीच्या घरची आठवण झाली.तुम्हीही लवकरच आमच्या नातवासाठी मामाचे घर म्हणजे होम stay चालू करा.तुमचे गाव पाहण्याची खूप इच्छा आहे. छोट्या मुलीला कितीआवडीने भरवलेस.प्रेमळ आहात तूम्ही सर्व.दुसऱ्याला देण्याची चांगली वृत्ती आहे. viedo मस्त नेहमीसारखाच.🌹🌹👌👌👍👍
