So do the garlic cloves just sort of disperse throughout the pizza? I just don't know if I'd like to bite right into a full garlic clove.

The nice thing about this garlic is that it is roasted, so it tames down the garlic some. You could rough chop it, reduce the amount or leave it off. Happy Cooking, Chef Jason

Yes sir, threaten me with a good time, ill eat Filet all day long. Eggplant not so much (im allergic) :-). I can still cook it nice, just can't "quality control" any. Chef Jason
