The drink-driver who blew 1030 mcg/L of breath (almost 3 times the limit of 350 in Canada's Criminal Code) clearly had no idea how to safely control a vehicle. The crash was even further evidence of that.

I know. what a tool eh? I must say, I found the twat on part one that wouldn't get out of the passing lane even though the guards had the siren and lights on etc was a bigger fool. They were blowing the horn at him/her constantly and still it took them ages to get that red car to GTFO of the way. Idiot!!!
