Traffic Stop by State Troopers

This is a traffic stop with 3 State Troopers that I recorded on N William Kampft St in Peoria, IL on 2/9/2024. I have noticed that if the driver is black, the driver will be removed from the vehicle and the vehicle searched. Let me know what you think in the comments.

Putting a push bumper on an unmarked squad is a bit puzzling, and it kind of ruins the covert nature of the idea. I get why state squads (and other agencies too) have them, to push disabled vehicles out of the roadway quickly and safely...a really important thing to do especially on an Interstate highway where people are zooming by at 70 to 80+ MPH. But an unmarked, covert rig? The advantage of having the ability to get vehicles out of traffic safely does override the issue of covering up the front plate. Average citizens who have similar bumper protectors on their front bumpers usually have them there for esthetics, not function...and citizens don't have a duty to keep roadways clear of disabled vehicles, cops do.
