Tragedy's verses single handedly crush anyone else on the track. This verse of his is classic visual real shit-- detailed and very real to 90's NY streets... not that much has changed tho. These kinds of verses are timeless cuz they represent the reality that hasn't changed.

I honestly feel like Trag is THEE most underated MC of all time. Notice I said "MC" not just rapper. Big difference. From the Juice Crew days, to Intelligent Hoodlum and so on....Trag always been mega nice....and Mega slept on. He literally gave Havoc his name. Him and G Rap birthed the whole QB Movement. Believe that.

+whoo else Oh no, not at all! lol. In fact it was so bad, if you look at the inside of the War Report, the picture with Pone and Nore was actually photoshopped, because they couldn't put the Lefraq dudes together w the QB dudes because of all the beef them dudes had. Saw in an interview with them, that that's actually 2 seperate pictures of them and their respective squads

+Tim Gerie Alot of that goes on in NY, from what I've heard anyway. Harlem and Brooklyn don't like each other, The S Bronx, Quenns thing is no secret, so on and so forth. Again, Just what I've heard. Personally, I'm a Philly dude, so Idk NY street politics from personal experience, just what my NY folks tell me about it.

"This one kid had STAYED rich while we slang the grave shifts. "I'm tired of it" said a cat whose name I'ma leave anonymous cuz he might take it as some kind of diss....." Nas' verse = Lyrical story telling at it's best, he paints such a clear picture with the words & you can follow along bar for bar, and that story is shit that happens in the hood EVERY damn day
