As one who did a hell of a lot of stiff hiking and biking before the disabilities took over, Congrats and Kudos, my friends, for completing trails that look tough for hiking and "more balls than brains" for biking. Eldon, Scott, WOW!!! ...to boldly go where no bike has gone before! Hahaha🤣 Adventure ever on, Phat🎸 (David)

Thanks for the kudos. I’m sorry to hear that you can no longer hit the trails. I myself went through a disc failure and subsequent surgery that was only partially successful. Thought I’d never work let alone ride again. After firing my western medicine doctors and doing some alternative therapy and a lot of support, I was able to work and get back on my bike again. Gotta keep hope alive and be you own advocate. Wishing you the best.

Chuckwalla is the easiest Loop out there. The first section you rode is next. Quartzsite and Pyrite are progressively more difficult. The eastern leg of Turnbuckle is only rideable downhill but is treacherous.

Nice ride. I climbed mountain wash the other day and took skyline crest on the way down. It was definitely more than I bargained for

Thank you for your comment. Like I said in the vid, not something I’ll do again anytime soon. But I’d love to get to the point where I could climb all the way up Mountain Wash. It’s gonna be one of those trials that will be my white whale.
