If those water pump bolts go thru that housing it'll be a good idea to use a sealer.
@MAJorgy70 Жыл бұрын
Yup. The hardest part of the whole job is getting that fan threaded onto the water pump. This is where having patience will save you a lot. The fan should spin on easily. Just like when taking off. If it does not spin on easily or stops after a turn or two... YOU ARE CROSS THREADING IT! Back it off and try again. Patience.

If you have a problem with your TB burning too much gas. Change your MAP sensor. My 2004 was only getting 14.3 mpg. Now it get 15.3.

That's from a head gasket leak or they put some kind of stop leak in there I had a Ford and I put some stop leak in there and after a while I seen something similar to that

What if the coolant was empty as well as the wobble would there be anything else would need to be replaced or is that normal with this problem?
@coconutjo9780 Жыл бұрын
It could just be a bad and leaking water pump but there can be numerous reasons for low or empty coolant. Bad radiator, hoses, head gasket, heater core…

How did you make sure not to strip the fan again when installing it? Getting ready to do this repair myself
@coconutjo97802 жыл бұрын
I made sure not to force it on there and if I felt any noticeable resistance I immediately stopped. On the first one I felt some slight resistance but keep on installing it. Good luck and thanks for watching!
