Kai is so decent in his language and very articulate, no cursing, no bragging and all that, that I see with so many other so called body builders a true icon of the game.

Kai's approach is why he will not end up like Ronnie Coleman. No disrespect to Ronnie. It's just that Kai's approach emphasizes stress on the muscles. Like he said, that is priority over everything else. Kai is not a guy I envision having back or hip surgeries at the age of 50.

@Big Lenny Official KZbin "This won't work for a natural athlete though" cough cough cough excuses cough excuses excuses cough. Kai's method of trianing will work wonders for anyone. Of course it won't get you to 300 pounds with a 5% body fat, but if you want to see the best physique of your life committing yourself to this kind of training is the way to do it...people who point and say gear or genetics are just lazy

Dr. Siracha thank you. I have been preaching high volume low weight for years on my site www.teamwbfitness.com Is kai on gear. Of course. Does that mean his method is wrong? That’s insane. I’m in my 40’s and have 10% bf at 200 Pounds natty. I’ll never compete with these guys but their methods are sound.

Basic instructions before leaving earth! And kai Greene is a personal favorite of mine. His knowledge and methodical way of training shows me that he gets it fully. No ego. Not there to impress anyone, its all about the focus and concentration you put in to each muscle you hit. Proper form at any weight is challenging. I can destroy you with 10 pound dumbbells and just a bar. The basics and fundamentals really do matter so you don’t get injured. Proper posture is super important when performing any movement. I can’t stress that enough.
