Behind the neck shoulder presses are not for everyone, as a matter of fact, unless you have great mobility and are very flexible, you should stay away from these, there are so many better shoulder exercises you could do instead.
@juliusjacob14163 ай бұрын
nope thats a dumb myth that has been thrown around by pencil necks. obviously you shouldnt force anything if it doesnt feel good, but you can actually use very light weights to increase ROM and flexibility over time and then slowly go heavier.
@krishm91943 ай бұрын
Ya whys that so bro my gym trainer advised me not to do behind the next shoulder pull down he said it’s been banned worldwide as it’s not safe is it really true i
@juliusjacob14163 ай бұрын
@@krishm9194nope, read my comment above yours. Every trainer who makes claims like that doesn’t know wtf he’s talking about. Everyone has got different flexibility, leverages and muscle insertions. You literally can’t claim that X exercise is bad and can’t be done. Personally I also don’t like behind the neck pulldowns, but thats just for my body.

@LaithamHaddadPhotos3 ай бұрын
Outside of just being a bit of a maintenance workout for Mike, I'm not sure how it is much of a workout at all as he is capable of a whole bunch of perfect form reps with 225 and beyond.
@billj45253 ай бұрын
This is definitely like a maintenance or deload type workout. This is all easy work for Mike. You can make an exercise harder, but it didn't seem like he was really trying to do that either. Kai is good with the mind muscle connection and making lighter weight harder. He probably had more of a workout than MIke.
