Write a set of instructions for yourself. Follow the instructions to a T. Don’t do anything that is not on the instruction sheet. You will be more efficient. If you have a hang up on one of the steps you can laser focus on that issue to correct it for next time.

well why do you feel stuck why are you obstructing yourself as you say? is it a substance? is it dependence on others you can't get over emotionally. obsession with family or friends holding you back from focusing on your own goals and life? Do you just waste time you mean or procrastinate?

Can you manipulate time if your job schedule is different shifts each week? Is there a way? Would we change the incriminates passed upon our schedule?

I wish he would just call it "time blocking" which it what it is. His terminology of calling it "3 days in one day" just sounds confusing & weird to people who don't understand

Utter nonsense. Extremely disappointing video. This is closer to 'time blocking' than it is rewriting the world's view on perception of time to best fit your personal needs.

I have manipulated the spacetime continuum so that I get 24 days in day youre crazy for thinking it takes 6 hours like some guy in a cave did
