Hey Joe..just watching your Jelly Roll conversation and wanted to share with you how you changed my life.. For nearly a year I was in a mental tailspin,between drinking (beer mostly)and eating improperly for most of my adult life (I’m 64) so on November 29 2023 I stopped drinking,for how long I didn’t know,but just knowing the empty calories were not helpful…well I stumbled over your KZbin Channel on December 14, which was your 100 lbs in 6 months video,and heard the exact message I needed at the exact moment I needed too…and wrote down everything you said I could eat,and drink,and since then have lost 82 lbs. I just wanted to say “Thank you” for the video that challenged me to step up and take accountability.
