If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Wow. This just made a huge difference for me. I’d been trying to do crunches via resistance band for weeks and I wasn’t getting the work out that I wanted. Your video showed me the 3 things I was doing wrong, one of them was that I was on the wrong side of the door. 😧 Thanks. I made the changes today and I already feel a difference.

I converted to bodyweight exercises due to travel but its a compromise. I think you may have convinced me this could be the best alternative. Also maybe it's easier on the joints too.

Been subed to your other channel for years now. Ordered the Undersun set last week since all gyms are shutdown here in Broward. Just did my first workout with them today. After strictly using weights for 25 years, this was very different, but felt good. If I had not been watching your channel for so long, and knowing about Undersun because of that, I would have never thought to purchase bands in this time of need. Thanks for that. Finally, someone with some home ban training. I order a set of bans from Amazon (boy are they expensive rubber bans) after my gym closed. You can't do leg extensions, but otherwise, they're not too bad. I don't have that door thing though.

Don't share your bands with anyone else and you won't have a problem. If you are still worried make sure you wash your hands for 20 seconds as often as you need to and don't touch your face with dirty hands.

If you are doing this at home with your typical builders grade bedroom or closet door, DO NOT anchor the bands like he did in the video. The bands should be anchored on the HINGE side of the door. Many household doors will bend, and with enough force, the anchor will come out if mounted like this video.

PLEASE put the door anchor near the hinge side of the door! Same when putting it lower down: feed the loop through the space between the door and the jam on the HINGE side NOT the latch side.

Doing these tomorrow for ab day. Do you have a variation where you lie on your back and connect the bands to your ankles or thighs (with bent legs) and pull up towards your upper body? Know what I mean? Like a reverse crunch. Thanks.

This product has a very poor warranty service and customer service! Had the set of bands only a few months and the lightest band began to tear. Notified Undersun and they sent me a form to complete. I completed the form and enclosed a picture. NO RESPONSE! So I resent the info again and still NO RESPONSE! After that I read reviews and this happens often among customers! Would it really kill this company to send out another Extra Light band? And would it kill them to at least send a response to me? POOR customer service!
