İ watch lot of video about fitness but love and appreciate specifically your training. You explain very clearly and your way is very smart. I do always squat after than hip thrust for example because ı pre fatigue and activate my glutes so when I do squat, I don't have lot of stress in my knees or quadriceps or back in this way because my glutes works much more. I found same logique into your training system and I appreciate so much.

Hey James, I've been following your routines around one month, and still very motivated about good results that training with bands could bring along with the free weight training. I would like to ask your opinion about one matter: when I do my routines I always try to effort myself until feeling that burn that we suppose to achieve doing muscle training, but the next day I don't feel as sore as I felt in the first week for example and I don't know if I'm doing my routine correctly. My question is: Is supposed that my muscles must sore the day after training always? If I don't feel sore the next day means that I'm not working properly? Once again, thanks for your videos!

Just found the channel. Loving it!! I’m recovering from a severe finger/hand injury and just can’t throw iron, so bands have been a life saver. No, really. Depression was creeping in to my psyche because of the injury. Not being able to go to the gym, etc started having a profound, negative effect on my mental health but......my gf did something wonderful for me & bought a set of resistance bands about a month ago. Something as small as receiving a resistance band set has been such a positive in my life. Ok, having said/typed that, the bands are low quality, so I need to upgrade. Any suggestions on a good set? Thanks for your time

People forget that abs are like any other muscle in the body. If you want to get them to pop and emphasize that six pack look, partivulalry for men, you need to train them with resistance. Forget about all these HIIT workouts popping up on YT and instagram where you do dozens of sets of crunches, etc. Those are fine for fat loss.

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
