Really digging the instructional video. Love the normal climbing vlogs but this is good stuff for those of us relatively new to climbing.

That 1-4-7 was brutal. Really nice video, although I still gotta work on my general shoulder stability and strength before really going into campusing. I still keep my feet on lower rungs for support.

Yea I wish we had footholds to demonstrate feet on campus drills. It's a good idea at the start!!

Climbing for two years and am so weak had to start campus board with matching every rung.

@@AnnaDavey Yes a year makes a difference and now can ladder up without matching on large rungs .. baby steps!

Is the skin issue you were mentioning at the start something that just happens as a result of a lot of climbing? Or is it something that comes/goes kinda like good days/bad days? Thanks,

I think i am missing the lockoff Power? I can do 1-5 and then pull up to around where u did but as soon as i release my lower hand i just go down instant? How can i train this?

But i cant nearly do a 1arm pushup i just push really hard with the lower hand aswell

Well you can train assisted lock off on a bar and train just doing the push pull part on the campus board / offset pullups
