Week ten was arguably the best week yet...and week eleven is arguably with worst week yet. We unfortunately only got three runs in for a total of 27 miles. That is still a solid amount of miles for someone just a few months into really focusing on running, but it is not where I want to be. I know I can do better than what we did. Most if it came down to poor time management on my part.
We will brush this week off and get back after it for week 12 (which hasn't started well...)

It's so cool seeing another large individual on the run, how are you able to stay away from plantar fascitis so well because I've been struggling with it recently

That is a great question. I don't really know. I rotate between two main pairs of shoes and also a third as well. That may have something to do with avoiding PF.
