Its a highly efficient way of working out. I get bored with cardio so this makes it bearable. If you have doubts or questions just try it and see for yourself, ive never seen results this fast and i feel like a superhero

This was the catalyst of getting me to my peak - just kicked cancers ass after 3 years of fighting during covid on top of that - meds and lack of routine reverted my progress and I was at my heaviest - I'm back to do it all over again!

Dude. I had the best results with this program as well. Stay up!
@markschwarman72313 жыл бұрын
Did the full program about 6 years ago. Gained about 2 lbs(not fat, muscle). Was sore as hell for the first 2 weeks, rest day really needed. At the end of program, people in the gym were greatly impressed that I was pounding out exercise for an hour with no rest. In short, program works, but if have justed fooled around in the gym before the program you might gain muscle mass.😋

I’m through my week 4 and it’s awesome. But I doubting the fact I gained 3kg. But still I’m leaner already. My right shoulder joint is sore but I’m jumping to my chiropractor first thing in the morning to manage it and keep going. I haven’t eaten this amount of food in a while my diet usually looks like phase 3. That’s why I gained 3kg so fast it’s the carbs loading. Well I just thought that’s while I’m writing this lol 😂. Thanks Jim for the great job 👏🏽

Started with this absolutely great workout on monday this week - rarely had such a sore muscle. But two questions which are clear: 1) Is it correct that there is really no pause due to the fact that I make cardio in between each set and exercises ? 2) The duration of the cardio unit (60-90sec)dertermines the pause time between the different sets? Thanks in advance
@bharatnaidu47854 жыл бұрын
No pause between sets. For ex - u finish a set - cardio acceleration 60 secs then immediately move onto next set

Keen to try. Sounds very interesting since I'm the guy who varies the program from time to time and especially likes to try something new ;-) What number of sets and exercises per workout do you go for? What number of total sets per week per muscle group is recommended in this program? I recently did the 8x8 after Vince Gironda for a while which obviously is a different concept. Would a 3 -4 set per exercise be the choice here? Thanks for any support. Happy pump!

As the weights gets heavier..... do the cardio acceleration bits get longer or do you still stick to a minute or cardio abs rest another minute or so... as obviously doing heavier weights requires more rest? 😊

I am diabetic, 90 kg. Can i do this routine?
@sgta71432 жыл бұрын
YES! I’m a T2 diabetic who was pushing 260lbs before I woke up and decided to get back to my old self. I had a couple of botched surgeries that took me off my feet for almost 10 years listening to docs tell me I had to be careful. Today after injecting insulin for almost 20 years I am off insulin and my diabetes is in remission. My A1C has not been over 5.3 in almost 4 years now. I’m down to 160lbs and rock solid at 59. I’m as fit as I was in my 20s if not more so. I lost most of my weight swimming for 1.5 years daily and then started lifting a little over a year ago and found my six pack again. My workouts are intense, 2-3 hours and i started walking without a crutch or cane about 8 months ago. Don’t listen to anyone who says you can’t do something. Find solutions not excuses. Set small attainable goals and then set new ones when u get there. And if you’re a T2 diabetic, you DO NOT have to let it control you. I don’t know if you can actually get rid of it, but you can damn sure put it in remission with exercise and proper eating habits. Quit asking people if you can do things and get started doing them! Best of luck to you! Hard work will ALWAYS get results!

1 question, I am 15 years old, but i have been told to only go to the gym 3 times a week with a rest day inbetween because 1. I shouldnt train that much in my age and 2. I have to let my muscles recover, i ould really like to follow that programm but i am afraid that its only going to do bad to me.
@amyers7018 жыл бұрын
hmm well am 17 ( I know its not exactly the same thing but xD ) I started working out about 2 months now, 5 days a week, first week will give you the most soreness ( this is a fact for everyone no mater how old you are ) but its by no mean feels bad, its annoying yes and inhibit you movement sometimes, I really dont know how to explain it you start to like it after a while, second week i got a costumed to it and I dont get nearly as much soreness and you cant get me out of the gym if you want my advice I will say get through your first month while learning about nitration when to take them and why because by then you will be accustomed to the gym and you will understand how to do most of the workouts before starting shortcut to shred or any kind of program to that mater but thats just me, if you have a personal trainer you are better probably better of listening to him than a random teenager on youtube xD
