I worked at the US open in NYC when I was in school back in 2009. The first time I saw Serena Williams walk in the hallway after the game, I was in awe. Not because she was a superstar but because you can tell that she really takes care of her self. Most of all she was the only player that smiled and said hello how are you. Everyone else just walked by. I've always been a fan but that day was just memorable.

what gets me is that people comment that she is using. I don't think she is that stupid. but this is a man's opinion This type of body is very possible with out hormones. Some girls have genetics that allow them to gain muscle. I am just short of 6 feet, extremely large bone structure. i had an amazing base to start with due to genetics and due to a childhood of riding and spending every day handling horses. I also played almost every sport out there. Then my new step father told me I could make my body better with training. I followed his lead and by the time I was 20 i had woman stopping me in grocery stores asking how I achieved it. I did not use hormones. It is completely possible for some one who is predisposed to building muscle.

She’s got a great body but if you can be bothered to put the effort in then it’s not that hard. All you need is a good diet and maybe an hour a day in the gym and you’re set (I’m 14 that’s what I do and I have a similar body but a body fat above 8%
