Isn't Kamal like 50? He looks great. I love training to failure and all, but even now at 38, I've been doing more research and experimentation with not going to failure and focusing on more volume. I've never been injured and I certainly don't plan on it. If you think of all the guys who got torn up with injuries, they all went to failure and even beyond (Love Dorian), and had to cut their careers short. But look at this man and Dexter...makes me happy to see we can go into our 50's lol.
@simohatim64962 жыл бұрын
Yes . And Serge nubret before them did the same style never had in injury working to failure is effective but still very dangerous
@LucasGage2 жыл бұрын
@@simohatim6496 Yea, Serge would do like 50 sets a workout lol...crazy shit.

They robbed Kamal the other day. He schooled those giants. Don’t @ me. 🤣
What? They’re not competing against each other. They’re training partners.

i know logically this would work and obviously it does looking at the guy but i would leave the gym and feel like i just wasted time and burnt a bunch of calories and didnt build any muscle
@FouadAbiad2 жыл бұрын
He’s still training very hard and very close to failure. With the added volume it would make for a crazy workout.
@MegaHomer19842 жыл бұрын
15 working sets 😂😂 thats not even warm up for me. 50-70 sets on chest average for me 😂😂 for last 15 years. Natural people do 5 exercise x 3 sets each will be fuck all gain . Magic of gear.
