Thank you Sir for your great advices and tips. My question is , beginners also can do this routine? I Mean 6 nonstop days of training and one day for recovery is ok for begginers? Its better to do 3 days of training and after that one day for recovery and rest day, and again 3 days of training and after that one day for rest?
