@@andy_the_monger1795 bhai steroid is a part to get at championship level and win it. You can't win mr India or other titles that he won without taking steroids. You can't get that big. But steroids are like only 20% of part to get that big, diet, hard work and punctuality is other 80%. So when you say that, always mention all 4-5 things needed to get big, bas aap steroids kehte ho toh bodybuilding ki beizzati lagti hai yaar. Aisa mat kiya karo.

Bhupender uncle really you inspired a lot.Looking at Mukesh bhai feels so good.Like you he is too much humble & down to earth.I saw this video too late as 2018 was not so interested in this but 2022 from start i started loving doing body building after felling ill with all Sugar,BP,cholestrol,Lever issues.You will not belive that after heavy workouts continuosly for 3 months my medicines are gone now.I lost around 8 kgs & now having a nice body shape & will continue doing workouts till the rest of my life..

DONT CURL THIS WAY! Always do both arms simultaneously . They way they are showing to curl isn't wrong but the non-working arm still gets a bit rest , if you do both arms simultaneously then there will be no rest and your core will be activated more.
