I don't have any actual weights, maybe I'll try using some canned pumpkin... I'm definitely not at professional level anyway, but I'm going to give this a try this afternoon.

@@TrainLikeaBallerina I don't think I have 2 identical water bottles at the moment, I'll look for something that shape next time. I tried the cans of pumpkin, which are almost 2lbs, but they are very fat, so I couldn't hold them like weights for the burpee series, but that's probably actually OK as the slower pace was better for me at my current fitness level. I should probably invest in a couple weights soon.
