i like oneplus buds 3 so much. for 4500 rupees with discounts you get almost everything, great noise cancelling, good sound, good build quality. The minor difference in sound quality he is talking about is not as much as he is saying. I have tried airpods pro too and ofcourse they sound better but not that much.

Ershad you're missing the point of the spatial 3D audio in these buds. Its NOT meant for music. Its meant to be turned on for videos, podcasts and movies where it sounds absolutely fantastic. Once you get used to it there's no going back.

Umm, even with movies it sounds terrible. I wasn't only talking with context to music, if that's how it came across. I know, because no virtual simulation can match the impact of a proper hardware setup. It's not like camera algorithms. Sound algorithms cannot reproduce virtual surround as well as a well placed multi-speaker setup.

I would still go with OnePlus buds 3 coz after changing some EQ settings there is no audio difference between oppo enco air 3 pro and OnePlus buds 3 and even rest of the things are much better in OnePlus buds 3 and even oppo doesn't respond to audio EQ I don't know why but that can't be a one more reason and they don't provide a custom EQ for their buds and even third party apps like wavelet it doesn't changes the audio quality much don't know the reason but oppo buds mostly don't even come with EQ they should add it it is necessary things coz atleast I would have control over the audio It is not like that only because of one reason there is way more reasons which I told but choice is still yours :⁠-⁠)

As an audiophile and user of many iems, i found this to be really bad. The bass and sub bass is overwhelming and bleeds into the mids and treble. Even with wavelength eq, it wasn't very nice. although vocals are nice and clear, the bass just makes it so bad that i took these out within 10 minutes of listening. The mids are bad, not helped by the bass bleed. even with the lowest bass eq, it was more than it should be. It should really have been tuned a lot better. But ofcourse those who don't care about audio quality and just want convenience, this is good as it's anc is really good.

For less than 5k you are getting almost everything, good build quality, good anc. Yeah the bass is a bit heavy but it is not unusable, nobody buys tws for sound quality. I have tried airpods pro too but the differences in sound quality is always exaggerated so much, a normal untrained ear cannot tell that much of a difference
